Please return the item(s) in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, tags attached). Cinnaryn reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds and to update this policy at any time without notice.

Cinnaryn is not responsible for return or exchange shipping costs. We strongly recommend you ship your package with tracking.

If you feel that you have received defective merchandise, please e-mail your concerns with pictures of the damage at within 5 days of receiving your order.

Return And Exchange Processing

Once we receive your return or exchange, please allow 7 business days for your return or exchange to be processed.

You will only be credited with the original form of payment. If original form of payment cannot be credited, you will receive store credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please note that depending on your banking institution, it may take several business days for refund to be posted back to your account.

If you are requesting an exchange, we recommend ordering the desired item first and then requesting the original order to be refunded as many of our items sell out quickly.

If you wish to move forward with an exchange, the customer is responsible for shipping costs of the new desired product. Cinnaryn will not ship out the exchanged product before cost of shipping is paid.
